I have every type of echo product in my home and some will drop in and others will not, also I can’t drop in from my ipad. Very disappointed in this new model instead of removing bugs they added some new ones. Update: minutes after I posted this review I received a call from Amazon Customer Service, he had me check some things in settings I don’t think I changed anything on my end but the drop in feature seems to be working now, however it’s having a hard time hanging up. This may be the fastest way to get in touch with customer service. Anyway I’m adding a few stars and giving them an A for effort. Update: It’s been 16 days since I started using this new Five, all issues have been resolved, probably through updates it is much more responsive then my earlier version shows.
